Fairhaven Conservation Commission
The Fairhaven Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on June 25, 2018 at 6:30 P.M. In the Fairhaven Town Hall, Purpose is for the Request for Determination of the following matters as required by Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131 Section 40 as amended.
NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS:
• Request for Determination Applicant Scott Monize Location 27 Charity Stevens Lane Plot 40 Lot 15 Purpose install above ground pool and deck extension all within the NRB ONLY.
• Request for Determination Applicant Eleanor Carlson Location 360 New Boston Road Plot 40 Lot 28G Purpose dig two test pit to repair septic system.
• Request for Determination Applicant Constance Hilton Location 20 Bass Creek Road Plot 43 C Lots 401-414 Purpose landscape and drainage improvements within the 100’ buffer zone to BVW
• Notice of intent Applicant Lee & Elizett Miguel Location 3 North Street Plot 13 Lot 4 Purpose construct terraced wall with steps on west side, stone edging along base, a proposed patio next to house and an in ground swimming pool all within a shaded zone X.
