Fairhaven Conservation Commission
The Fairhaven Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on June 11, 2018 at 6:30 P.M. In the Fairhaven Town Hall, Purpose is for the Request for Determination of the following matters as required by Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131 Section 40 as amended.
NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS:
• Request for Determination Applicant Steven Miller Location 187 Balsam Street Plot 43 Lot 38 Purpose install concrete apron within a VE flood zone.
• Request for Determination Applicant Peter & Pamela Lafreniner Location 24 Welcome Street Plot 31B Lot 1B purpose add fill plant lawn and install fence and place gravel for parking spot near garage all within 100’ buffer zone to BVW.
• Notice of Intent Applicant Board of Public Works Location Bernese Street Macomber Park Plot 29A Lot 317 Purpose construct BMX Bike Track within 100’ buffer zone to BVW and within a VE flood zone.
• Notice Of Intent Applicant Arion Anezis Location 2 River Ave Plot 17 Lot 16 Purpose repair 120’ of bulkhead within an AE flood zone and on the Acushnet River.
