Fairhaven Conservation Commission
The Fairhaven Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on May 21, 2018 at 6:30 P.M. in the Fairhaven Town Hall. Purpose is for the Request for Determination of the following matters as required by Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131 Section 40 as amended.
NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS:
• Request for Determination Applicant Las Olson Location 2 West Street Plot 13 Lots 22-24 Purpose remove stumps install fence within 100’ of river.
• Request for Determination Applicant Sandra A. Casteel Location 22 Judson Drive Plot 31A Lot 13S Purpose pave driveway, loam and seed pool area, and install fence within 100’ buffer zone to BVW.
