Fairhaven Conservation Commission
The Fairhaven Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on April 09, 2018 at 6:30 P.M. in the Fairhaven Town Hall. Purpose is for the Request for Determination of the following matters as required by Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131 Section 40 as amended.
NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS:
• Request for Determination Applicant Christopher Ingrande Location 689 Sconticut Neck Road plot 42 Lot 14A Purpose construct a wall with 2’ x 4’ blocks fill and loam and construct pole barn within 100’ of BVW and a VE flood zone.
• Notice of Intent Applicant Christopher Simmons Location 108 Sycamore Street Plot 20 Lot 33 Purpose demolish existing building rebuild on existing slab, within a AE El 6 and within 100’ buffer zone to BVW.
• Notice of Intent Applicant Bradford R. & Donna L. Peirce Location 1 Peirce’s Point Plot 34 Lot 28 Purpose upgrade septic system within the 200’ riverfront area, VE flood zone, costal bank, and salt marsh.
• Request for Determination Applicant David Small Location 16 Widemarsh Beach Way Plot 29 Lot 33 purpose extend front deck by 2’ within a VE flood zone.
