Fairhaven Conservation Commission
The Fairhaven Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on March 12, 2018 at 6:30 P.M. In the Fairhaven Town Hall, Purpose is for the Request for Determination of the following matters as required by Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131 Section 40 as amended.
NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS:
• Request for Determination Applicant Kevin Ribeiro Location 70 Oliver Street Plot 37B Lot 50 Purpose construct a retaining wall within the 100’ buffer zone to BVW.
• Request for Determination Applicant Leroy L. Wood School Location 60 Sconticut Neck Road Plot 28 Lot 24B Purpose construct trails though the woodlands wetland areas behind school.
