Fairhaven Conservation Commission
The Fairhaven Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on November 06, 2017, at 6:30 P.M. in the Fairhaven Town Hall. Purpose is for the Request for Determination of the following matters as required by Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131 Section 40 as amended.
• Request for Determination Applicant Bruce & Deborah Penn Location 5 Gilbert Street Plot 29A Lot 236 Purpose construct 12’ x 20’ platform deck within a VE flood zone.
• Request for Determination Applicant Juliette Wang Coombs Location 41 Bayview Ave Plot 28 A Lot 469-470 Purpose install cement pad for hot tub within a VE flood zone and 100’ of coastal bank.
