Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Conservation Commission will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, § 40) and the Code of the Town of Fairhaven Chapter 192, Wetlands Bylaw. The meeting will be located at Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA.

a. CON 023-597, SE 023-XXX: 1 Calumet Street, Map 29B, Lot 582-584 & 629-630 Notice of Intent filed by Wheeler Living Trust Project: Proposed work includes the repair of areas of shoreline erosion caused by coastal storm events. Work to be performed partially on a Coastal Bank, within the 100 ft. Buffer Zone of a Coastal Beach and within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage Flood Zone YE (EL 20).
b. CON 023-596, 4 Ruth Street, Map 43, Lot 140-142 Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Robert Bates which proposes the following: replacement of the existing vinyl fence on the south side of the property with a masonry wall positioned perpendicular to the water.
