Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Conservation Commission will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, § 40) and the Code of the Town of Fairhaven Chapter 192, Wetlands Bylaw. The meeting will be located at Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA.

a. CON 023-594: 109 Ebony Street, Map 43A, Lot 318 Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Edmund Harrington to construct a shed 12ft x6 ft. FEMA Flood Zone AE, elevation 14ft.
b. CON 023-593: 180 Balsam Street, Map 43B, Lot 39 Louise Merrick to install a permeable, natural stone paver patio connected with permeable joints in the backyard. Minimal disturbance in the 50-100 ft Buffer Zone.
