Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Conservation Commission will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, § 40) and the Code of the Town of Fairhaven Chapter 192, Wetlands Bylaw. The meeting will be located at Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA.

Property falls within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage (LSCSF), FEMA Flood Zone VE (El.19’), Buffer Zone to Coastal Beach & Coastal Dune.
b. CON 023-581, SE 023-___: 0 Huttleston Avenue, Map 34A, Lot 21 Notice of Intent filed by Barton Bruffee for the construction of a single-family dwelling, associated driveway and utilities within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to the Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BVW).
