Pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, these public hearings will be conducted via remote means. Members of the public who wish to access the meeting may do so in the following manner:

No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, and public participation in any public hearing conducted during this meeting shall be by remote means only.
The Fairhaven Conservation Commission will hold the following Public Hearings pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, s. 40) and the Code of the Town of Fairhaven Chapter 192, Wetlands:
1. SE 023-1340, CON 023-195: 1 Bella Vista Island Request for Amended Order of Conditions filed by Heiam Alsawalhi requesting modifications to the scope of work approved in the Order of Conditions issued May 28, 2021 under both the Wetlands Protection Act and Fairhaven Wetlands Bylaw. Work to take place on Coastal Bank, Coastal Dune, in Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage and the 100-foot buffer zone to Salt Marsh, Coastal Bank, and Coastal Dune.
2. CON 023-262: Nasketucket Bay Notice of Intent filed by Northeast Maritime Institute for a 2-acre aquaculture development area in Nasketucket Bay off Fish Island at all times of the year to: (1) plant and grow shellfish on and off the bottom; (2) place shellfish in or under protective devices; and (3) to grow shellfish by means of racks, bags, or floats. Work to take place in Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, Coastal Waters, Land Under Ocean, and Land Containing Shellfish.
Information regarding remote meeting access, listed above, will also be provided on the Conservation Agenda posted on the Town’s website at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
