Notice of Claim of Adverse Possession
I, Joseph Barroso/Shaleah Tousignant, give public notice as follows:
1. We are in actual possession of the premises legally described as follows: Parcel Number: FAIR M:00029c L:00096 S: Property Location: c/o 84 Seaview Ave, Fairhaven, Massachusetts Republic, 02719.
2. Adverse entry was made on this land by Joseph Barroso/Shaleah Tousignant on August 15, 2016 and I have been in actual possession of this land continuously since August 15, 2016
3. This possession is, and for all of such period of time has been, adverse to any claim of any other person, including Jeremiah Joseph Coonen
4. We are the only living person(s) who has claimed any part of the above mentioned land/premises and has made improvements thereon.
5. We are now the owner of the above-mentioned land/ premises and have the legal and lawful right to remain the owner for the full statutory period prescribed by Massachusetts Law.
6. This Notice of Claim of Adverse Possession does not and isn’t intended to Slander Title to the above mentioned land/premises. It is solely intended to establish my Adverse Possession claim.
