BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS INVITATION TO BID
The Town of Fairhaven invites sealed bids for the “Cushman Park Courts Rehabilitation and Related Work”, in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by Department of Public Works, 5 Arsene Street, Fairhaven, Massachusetts 02719.
Sealed bids marked “Cushman Park Courts Rehabilitation and Related Work”, will be received at the Board of Public Works Office, 5 Arsene Street, Fairhaven, MA 02719 not later than 2:00 p.m., March 3, 2026 E.S.T., and at 2:00 p.m., March 3, 2026 E.S.T. will be publicly opened and read.The Board of Public Works reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids if it is in the best interest of the Town to do so.
