PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
ADA TRANSITION PLAN
The Town of Fairhaven will hold a public hearing to present and receive public comment on the Town’s Draft ADA Transition Plan created by the Institute for Human Centered Design. This plan identifies barriers to accessibility in public facilities and outlines steps the Town can take to bring its services, programs, and facilities into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

This hearing will be conducted in person and accessible remotely via Zoom. Please see the Town’s website for Zoom link.
All interested residents, community members, and stakeholders are encouraged to attend. Public feedaback is an important part of the planning process to ensure accessibility for all residents.
