The Applicant seeks a Special Permit pursuant to Sec. 3.3.1E (1) (7), to build a Single-Family Dwelling located on this non-conforming lot with a non-conforming pre-existing garage.
• Case # 2026.05.19A A Case of Adriano Vicente for property located at 619 Main Street, Map 21, Lot 16. The Applicant seeks a Special Permit pursuant to Sec. 3.3.1B (8) and (11) to allow Used Car Storage and Sales.
