The Zoning Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a meeting will be held by the Board on Tuesday, April 3rd, 2018 at 6:30 P.M. in the Town Hall Finance Committee Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street, to hold the following public hearing(s).
PUBLIC HEARING
• Case # 2018.04.03A – Ms. Anita Davis, of 1528 Main Street, Acushnet is Requesting a Special Permit in order to add an accessory apartment to the property. This request is being made under the provisions of Section 3.3.1 “B” (1) Uses allowed by Special Permit, Accessory Apartment and Section 3.4 Special Permit Requirements “A” and “B” Accessory Apartments. This request is being made to provide additional living space with bedroom on an accessible level for personal use.
