Acushnet Zoning Board of Appeals
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will be meeting on Tuesday March 7, 2017 at 6:30p.m. at the Town hall Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street, MA to consider the following petition(s).
1. Case #2017.02.07B – Anna Kristiansen of 901Tobey Street. Special Permit required to construct an accessory apartment. Meeting all the requirements for such as defined in the protective by-laws Section 1.2 “B” and 3.4 “B”. 901 Tobey Street has private off-street parking and is connected to Municipal Water & Sewer.
2. Case #2017.03.07Am – Seth Desroches, 80 Mill Road. Variance needed under 3.4 “D” (1) to exempt 22, 389.60 sq. ft. to comply with changing single family to two family. By-Law states 30,000 sq. ft. lot is required and existing lot is 7,610.40. Special Permit needed under 3.3.1 “B” (1) to change from single family to two-family home.
Plans are available for Public view in the Town Clerk’s office during their normal business hours.
