The Zoning Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a meeting will be held by the Board on Wednesday, December 16, 2025 at 6:30 PM. in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, MA 02743.
• Case #2025.11.19C – (Continued) A case of Paul Nosworthy for property located at 36 Hathaway Road, Map 14, Lot 2. The Petitioner seeks a Variance to construct a new 30’ X 28’ barn. The proposed barn fails to meet the required 15-foot sideline setback pursuant to Sec 3.3.1E (3) (c).
• Case #2025.06.17B – (Continued) A case of Three Kings Marine, LLC for property blocated at 42 South Main Street, Map 15, Lot 271 & Sivigny Street, Map 15, Lot 270. The Petitioner is appealing a letter from the Building Commissioner to Cease and Desist all activity on the premise.
• Case #2025.12.16A A case of Christian Gwozdz-Silveira for property located at 47 Pershing Avenue, Map 24, Lot 273. The Petitioner seeks a Variance to construct an addition for an accessory dwelling unit. The proposed addition fails to meet the required 15-foot setback pursuant to Sec 3.3.1E (3) (c).
• Case #2025.12.16B A case of Dale & Tracey Duval for property located at 134 Keene Road, Map 4, Lot 25. The Petitioner seeks a Variance to construct a 2nd Garage to be 25 X 25. The proposed Addition fails to meet the Minimum Frontage of 150 ft. per Sec 3.3.1 (9c).
• Case #2025.12.16C A case of Jeffrey Sylvia for property located at 248 Perry Hill Road, Map 8, Lot 39A. The Petitioner seeks a Variance to construct a 24 X 28 Garage. The proposed Garage fails to meet the required sideline setback of 15 ft. pursuant to Sec 3.3.1E (3) (a).
