The Zoning Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a meeting will be held by the Board on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 6:30 PM. in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, MA 02743.
• Case #2025.11.19A A case of Carlos Mota for property located at 14 Ludlow Street, Map 24, Lot 15B. The Petitioner seeks a Special Permit to have one commercial van and a trailer in driveway pursuant to Sec 3.3.1B.8.
• Case #2025.11.19B A case of Keith Tavares for property located at 229 Peckham Road, Map 2, Lot 14B. The Petitioner seeks a Special Permit for his small business for storage of equipment, and earth removal machines pursuant to Sec 3.3.1B.8.
• Case #2025.11.19C A case of Paul Nosworthy for property located at 36 Hathaway Road, Map 14, Lot 2. The Petitioner seeks a Variance to construct a new 30’ X 28’ barn. The proposed barn fails to meet the required 15-foot sideline setback pursuant to Sec 3.3.1E (3) (c).
