The Zoning Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a meeting will be held by the Board on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 6:30 PM. in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, MA 02743.
• Case #2025.06.17B (Continued) A case of Three Kings Marine, LLC for property located on 42 South Main Street, Map 15, Lot 271 & Sivigny Street, Map 15, Lot 270. The Petitioner is appealing a letter from the Building Commissioner to Cease and Desist all activity on the premise.
• Case #2025.09.16C (Continued) A case of Sheryl Casmira for property located at Tobey Street, Map 2, Lot 35.47. On 05/30/2007, Lot 47 was reduced to a non-buildable lot due to wetlands. A variance is required pursuant to 3.3.1.E.(1), minimum lot area and upland requirements. The Applicant is looking to change lot 47 to buildable.
• Case #2025.10.21A A case of Leo E. Cusson for property located at 249 Hathaway Road, Map 12, Lot 15E-1. The Petitioner seeks a variance proposing to demolish the garage which has existed since at least 1971 to construct a 2 bedroom house on a lot which is greater in size than most of the developed properties in the surrounding neighborhoods.
