The Zoning Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a meeting will be held by the Board on Tuesday, November 19th, 2024, at 6:30 P.M. in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street.
• Case #2024.11.19A A case of Derek Adams of 29 Davis Street, Dartmouth who is petitioning the board for a variance for two non-conforming lots located on Lambert and Lawton Street (map 18 lot 128 & 136). No denial letter from the building inspector was received.
***Plans are available for public view in the Town Clerk’s office, 130 Main St., Acushnet, during their normal business hours***
