The Zoning Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a meeting will be held by the Board on Tuesday, August 27th, 2024, at 6:30 P.M. in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street.
1. Case #2024.08.27A A case of Mario Correia, of 24 Wamsutta Avenue, who is petitioning the Board to construct a pavilion on the rear of his property. This request is being made under the provisions of Section 3.3.1 A, B, & C.
2. Case #2024.08.27B A case of Phil Vieira, of 24901 Martin Street, Eustis, Florida, who is petitioning the Board for permission for an accessory apartment at 22/24 Boylston Street. This request is being made under Section 3.3.1 and Section 1.2.
***Plans are available for public view in the Town Clerk’s office, 130 Main St., Acushnet, during their normal business hours***
