1. Case #2020.07.28A A continuation of the case of New England Retail Development, LLC c/o Tom Pratt, who is petitioning the Board for a Special Permit to be able to open and operate a gas station and convenience store with drive-thru, within the Village Business District. The proposed location is 158, 166 Main Street, and 17 Wing Road (Assessor’s Map 13, Lots 36, 38, and 38A), which are currently owned by Delta Realty, LLC (c/o Mickey Higgins) and Tony’s Service Center (c/o Tony Faria). This request is being made under the provisions of Section 3.3.2 (B) and 3.4 (A)

2. Case#2020.10.20A A continuation of the case of New England Retail Development, LLC c/o Tom Pratt, who is petitioning the Board for a Variance to be able to allow wall signs in excess of 50 square feet and pole sign in excess of 15 feet tall. The proposed location is 158, 166 Main Street, and 17 Wing Road (Assessor’s Map 13, Lots 36, 38, and 38A), owned by Delta Realty, LLC (c/o Mickey Higgins). This request is being made under the provisions of Section 3.6 (E)

3. Case #2021.02.23A A case of Kevin Murray, of 75 Lambert Street, Acushnet who is petitioning for a Variance to be able to change the lot lines of his properties located at 7 and 9 Kendrick Street, Acushnet, making the 9 Kendrick Street lot more non-conforming. This request is being made under the provisions of Section 3.3.1 E: Development Standards.

4. Case #2021.02.23B A case of Charles and Lisa Leonard, of 764 Main Street, Acushnet who are petitioning for a Variance for relief of side set back to be able to center construction of a new proposed dwelling. This request is being made under the Provisions of Section 3.3.9 (C) 3.
