The Zoning Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a meeting will be held by the Board on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street.
1. Case # 2019.05.07A— A case on Andrea Erica Andrews, of 915 Hathaway Road #401, New Bedford MA, who is petitioning to convert an area above the garage of the property located at 4 Kimberly Way, Acushnet, owned by Cesar Cardoso Marcelino, into an accessory apartment. This request is being made under the provisions of Section 3.3.1 Section “B” 1 and 3.4 “B” – Accessory Apartment.
