Request for Qualifications
Owner’s Project Manager Services
The Town of Acushnet is seeking responses from qualified Owner’s Project Managers (OPM), as defined by Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 44A 1/2, to provide project oversight and management for Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Construction phase services for the Acushnet River Valley Golf Course Clubhouse project. In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, the fee for professional services will be negotiated based on a not to exceed limit.
RFQ packages may be obtained at the Office of the Town Administrator, 122 Main Street, Acushnet, MA 02743 or by calling 508-998-0200. There will be a mandatory on-site briefing session at Noon on March 13, 2026 at the golf course property (685 Main Street, Acushnet). Sealed Proposals are due in the Office of the Town Administrator no later than 11:00 AM on March 27, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened.
The Town’s Board of Selectmen is the awarding authority. The Selectmen reserve the right to waive any informalities and to accept or reject any and all proposals and to award the contract as deemed to be in the best interest of the Acushnet River Valley Golf Course and the Town of Acushnet.
