PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Acushnet Board of Selectmen will hold public hearings at its meeting on Wednesday, September 30, at 4:30 p.m. at the meeting room in Town Hall, located at 122 Main St., Acushnet, MA for the following petitions.
Lake Street, Acushnet:
This hearing is on the petition Job # WO# 27380995 from NSTAR ELECTRIC COMPANY D/B/A EVERSOURCE ENERGY. Request permission to locate underground cables, conduits and manholes, including the necessary sustaining and protecting fixtures to be owned and used by your petitioner, along and across the following public way or ways:
• To install 1 (one) new FO Stub Pole to be labeled 78/15-S in the Right of Way of Lake Street.
Morses Lane, Acushnet:
This hearing is on the petition Job # WO# PP02355146 from NSTAR ELECTRIC COMPANY D/B/A EVERSOURCE ENERGY. Request permission to located poles, wires, cables and fixtures including the necessary sustaining and protecting fixtures to be owned and used by your petitioner along and across the following public way or ways:
• To install 2 (two) new FO Push Braces on Poles 109/5-PB and 109/7-PB in the Right of Way of Morses Lane.
• To install 1 (one) Guy and Anchor on Pole 109/9 in the Right of Way of Morses Lane
• To install 1 (one) Guy and Anchor on Pole 104/88 in the Right of way of Middle Road
• To install 1 (one) Guy and Anchor on Pole 9099/66 in the Right of Way of Middle Road
Lynne Ellen Drive, Acushnet
This hearing is on the petition Job # WO# 28608711 from NSTAR ELECTRIC COMPANY D/B/A EVERSOURCE ENERGY. Request permission to locate underground cables, conduits and manholes, including the necessary sustaining and protecting fixtures, in, under, along and across the following public way or ways:
• To install approximately 40’ (feet) of 1-4” conduit (to CTI HH10001/040C) in the Right of Way of Lynne Ellen Drive.
