Notice of Zoom Public Hearings

March 18, 2021 – 6:30 pm 

Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Planning Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. on March 18, 2021 to hear the following applications:

1. Site Plan Review, 158 Main St., 166 Main St., and 17 Wing Rd. Acushnet, MA. At 6:45 p.m., the application proposed by Delta Realty, LLC (site owner) and New England Retail Development, LLC (proposed site operator) for Site Plan Review concerning property at 158 Main Street, 166 Main Street and 17 Wing Road.The proposal is for a 3,995 square foot gas station and convenience store within the Business Village District. 

2. Site Plan Review and Solar Special Permit, 14-47 Park Drive Acushnet MA. At 7:35 pm via Zoom Meetings in accordance with Acushnet General Bylaws, Zoning Article VIII, Sections 3.4 and 3.5, and the Acushnet Subdivision Rules and Regulations, Article III, Section 313, to process an application for a site plan review and a special permit for a 7.5 MW solar array proposed by Syncarpha Park Drive LLC. The engineer is Weston & Sampson. 

3. Site Plan Review and Solar Special Permit, 1052 Main Street, Acushnet MA. At 8:00 pm via Zoom Meetings in accordance with Acushnet General Bylaws, Zoning Article VIII, Sections 3.4 and 3.5, and the Acushnet Subdivision Rules and Regulations, Article III, Section 313, to process an application for a site plan review and a special permit for a 1 MW solar array proposed by Woodridge Renewables, LLC. The engineer is SITEC, Inc. 

4. Site Plan Review and Solar Special Permit, Cushing Lane – Assessors Map 7 – Lot 26, Acushnet MA. At 8:25 pm via Zoom Meetings in accordance with Acushnet General Bylaws, Zoning Article VIII, Sections 3.4 and 3.5, and the Acushnet Subdivision Rules and Regulations, Article III, Section 313, to process an application for a site plan review and a special permit for a 2 MW solar array proposed by White’s Farm, Inc. The engineer is SITEC, Inc.
