Notice is hereby given under Chapter 138, Section 15 of the MA General Laws that an open Board of Selectmen’s Meeting will be held at the Acushnet Town Hall, which is located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, MA, in the meeting room on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. to approve a transfer of a Package Store All Alcohol License from Town Wines, Inc. (Antonio Caldera, Manager), to Discount Town Liquors, Inc. (d/b/a Town Liquors), (Bhoomikaben Patel, Manager) (w/Pledge of License & Stock). The premises consists of two rooms with stock in cellar. Consists of approx. 1,507 sq. ft. Located at 1 Middle Road, Acushnet, MA 02743.
