Notice is hereby given under Chapter 138, Section 15 of the MA General Laws that an open Board of Selectmen’s Meeting will be held at the Acushnet Town Hall, which is located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, MA, in the meeting room on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 4:00 PM to approve the change of business entity of a General On-Premise Annual All Alcoholic Beverages license from “Steven H. Kozera” to “Ponderosa Sportsman Club LLC.” The establishment is located at 242 Robinson Road, Acushnet, MA 02743.
