PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room, located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• Public Hearing NOI – Kenneth J. Camara, 12 Archer’s Way, Acushnet, MA, Map 16 Lot 18-F. A Notice of Intent was filed by Kenneth J. Camara for property located at 12 Archer’s Way, shown as Assessors’ Map 16 Lot 18-F. The applicant proposes to construct an in-ground pool, cabana with connection to existing septic system, retaining wall, fenced enclosure around pool and associated site work within the buffer zone of bordering wetlands. The proposed work is shown on a plan titled “Plan of Site Improvements for New Garage, In-Ground Pool & Cabana” dated August 20, 2025 by Charon Associates Inc. The applicant is represented by Rick Charon, P.E. of Charon Associates Inc.
