ACUSHNET CONSERVATION COMMISSION 

PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Con­ser­vation Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts. 

• Public Hearing – Notice of Intent – Syncarpha Park Drive, LLC – Lambert Street, Map 17, Lot 13SE 001-0582. A Notice of Intent was filed by Syncarpha Park Drive, LLC for property located at Lambert Street, Map 17, Lot 13. The applicant proposes development of an access road with proposed wetland impact and associated replication to access the Park Drive Solar project, this is an alternative access road. The applicant is represented by Robert Bukowski of Weston & Sampson Engineers, Inc. Plan name is “Proposed Lambert Street Access Road Site Plans” dated May 9, 2023.

• Public Hearing – Stormwater – Jose S. Castelo/ Park Drive & Deep Brook Drive, Map 17, Lots 66-84, Map 18, Lots 12R, 12S, 18, 18G. A Stormwater Permit Application has been filed by Jose S. Castelo for property located at Park Drive & Deep Brook Drive, Map 17, Lots 66-84, Map 18, Lots 12R, 12S, 18, 18G, Acushnet, MA. The applicant proposes to construct approximately 2,350 feet of roadway with associated drainage and utility systems to serve a 15-lot residential subdivision. The applicant is repre­sented by Jamie Bissonnette of Zenith Consulting Engineers, LLC. Plan name is “Deep Brook Estates” dated October 24, 2017. Previously approved Notice of Intent SE 001-0523, the applicant seeks a Stormwater Permit and variance from the Town of Acushnet Stormwater By-Law for this project.

• Public Hearing – Stormwater – DeTerra Develop­ment,  LLC / Bradford Street, Map 15, Lot 482. A Stormwater Permit Application has been filed by DeTerra Development for property located at Bradford Street, Map 15, Lot 482. The project description is for 4 new single family dwellings on a private way (Bradford Street) with a stormwater drainage basin. Stormwater drainage basin accounts for 3 previously built single family dwellings and Bradford Street roadway improvements. The applicant is represented by Jamie Bissonnette of Zenith Consulting Engineers, LLC. Plan name is “Stormwater Permit Plan” dated March 8, 2023.
