PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• NOI – New Bedford Reservoir (Lakes 1, 2, 3, & 4) – Map 4, Lot 49 & Map 19, Lot 32 – SE 001-XXXX – A Notice of Intent was filed by Jamie Kelley, Town of Acushnet, for property located at the New Bedford Reservoir – Lakes 1, 2, 3, & 4. The applicant proposes to control nuisance and invasive plant growth, utilizing regular monitoring and registered aquatic herbicides. The applicant is represented by Andrew Felter of SOLitude Lake Management. Plan name is “New Bedford Reservoir” dated April 5, 2023.
