PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Police Station Conference Room, located at the Acushnet Police Station, 64 Middle Road, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• Public Hearing After the Fact RDA – Brett Pelletier / 5 Tripp’s Way An After the Fact Request for Determination was filed by Brett Pelletier for property located at 5 Tripp’s Way, Map 8, Lot 25D. The work consisted of construction of a storage shed within the 100-ft. buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland. Plan name is “Sewage Disposal System – Site Plan” dated August 24, 2023.
