Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room, located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
Public Hearing NOI –DPM Development Corp. , Acushnet MA, Map 12 Lot 11E.
A Notice of Intent was filed by Sitec Engineering & Environmental Inc., on behalf of the applicant for property located at 3 Alison Drive, shown as Assessors’ Map 12 Lot 11E. The project consists of the construction of a single-family dwelling with associated site work including, site grading, construction of a new driveway (not within the 100’ Wetland Buffer), and the installation of new utility services including, water, septic system, electric and cable. The proposed work is shown on a plan titled “Subsurface Sewage Disposal System” dated August 3, 2026 by Sitec Engineering & Environmental Inc. The applicant is represented by Chris Vandenberghe, P.E. of Sitec Engineering & Environmental Inc.
