NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR AN
AFTER THE FACT NOTICE OF INTENT
The Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Town Hall Meeting Room, 122 Main Street, Acushnet, MA 02743 for an After The Fact Notice of Intent submitted by Doug & Lauren Lemieux, 35 Hathaway Road, Assessors Map 12, Lot 9J, Acushnet, MA. The applicant proposes to construct a drainage ditch in the wetland resource area to mitigate water away from the dwelling.
