Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Acushnet Police Station Conference Room located at 64 Middle Road, Acushnet, Massachusetts.

A Request for an Amended Order of Conditions was filed by Shane P. Tracy and Courtney E. Tracy for property located at 185 Mattapoisett Road, Acushnet, Massachusetts, Map 10, Lot 12A. The applicant proposes to amend the above referenced Order of Conditions issued by the Acushnet Conservation Commission on August 24, 2023, with a revised plan, which reflects minor grading adjustments, including a grassed drainage swale and rip rap area designed to manage existing runoff. Additionally, the plan proposes the installation of a six-foot wooden stockade fence along the northerly property line.
