Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room, located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.

Barrett for property located at Evergreen Drive, Map 21, Lot 20G. The applicant proposes to develop a residential property which includes a portion of the site work to be performed within the 100 ft. Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. The applicant is represented by Schneider, Davignon & Leone, Inc.
