PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room, located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• Public Hearing RDA – Acushnet Company / 115 Manchester Lane / Map 11 Lot 25C.34 A Request for Determination of Applicability was filed by Acushnet Company for property located at 115 Manchester Lane, Map 11, Lot 25C.34. The applicant proposes to remove existing pavement and a portion of the base material and repave within the existing driveway width of 14 feet for approximately 1,050 feet from the guard shack towards the visitor’s center. The applicant is represented by William F. Madden, P.E. of G.A.F. Engineering, Inc. Plan name is “Plan to Accompany Request for Determination of Applicaability” dated September 10, 2025.
