Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room, located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.

• Public Hearing NOI – Mario J. Oliveira & Antonio P. Oliveira, Gammons Road, Map 9 Lots 16 & 19. A Notice of Intent was filed by Mario J. Oliveira & Antonio P. Oliveira for property located at Gammons Road, Map 9, Lot 16 & 19. The applicants propose to develop a residential property which includes the construction of a single-family dwelling and associated site work. A portion of the site work will be performed within the 100 ft. Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. The applicant is represented by Schneider, Davignon & Leone, Inc.
