PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 27th beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room, located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
A Notice of Intent was filed by SUSAN BENOIT for property located at 18 LYNNE ELLEN DRIVE, Map 17, Lots 29 & 64. The applicant proposes to UPGRADE A FAILED SEPTIC SYSTEM WITH THE PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK AND PUMP TANK WITHIN THE 100’ BUFFER ZONE. THE PROPOSED LEACH FIELD IS OUTSIDE OF THE BUFFER ZONE. The applicant is represented by FORESIGHT ENGINEERING INC. Plan name is “SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM UPGRADE DESIGN” dated _7/16/25_.
