ACUSHNET CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room, located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• Public Hearing Amended Order of Conditions – Eric DeBarros, 56 Hathaway Road/Map #14 and Lot #4C and DEP # 001-0570. An Amended Order of Conditions was filed by Eric DeBarros for property located at 56 Hathaway Road, Map 14, Lot 4C. The applicant requests an approval of the Revised Site Plan which depicts a significant reduction in the scope of work. The applicant is represented by Schneider, Davignon & Leone, Inc. Plan name is “Sewage Disposal System –Site Plan” dated Revised 7-30-25.
