Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room, located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
Public Hearing NOI – Darren & Samantha Reyes, 40 Quaker Lane, Map 6 Lot 12J
A Notice of Intent was filed by Darren & Samantha Reyes for property located at 40 Quaker Lane, Map 6, Lot 12J.The applicant proposes to construct a one-bedroom addition and to upgrade and enlarge the subsurface sewage disposal system. The entire addition, the new septic tank, pump chamber, piping and a portion of the septic field and associated grading are located within the 100’ buffer of bordering vegetated wetlands.
