Notice of Intent was filed by Sean Borges for property located at 5 Middlewood Drive, Map 18, Lot 71C.The applicant proposes to construct a 25’ x 30’ addition to an existing dwelling with associated grading and landscaping within the 100’ buffer zone to a bordering vegetated wetland.The applicant is represented by Nyles Zager of Zenith Consulting Engineers, LLC. Plan name is “Subsurface Sewage Disposal System New Construction” dated June 13, 2023.
