Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• NOI – Matthew C. Mitchell/33 Beech Street SE 001-0579 A Notice of Intent was filed by Matthew Mitchell for property located at 33 Beech Street, Map 25 Lot 291.The applicant proposes to construct a 2 bedroom addition to an existing 2 bedroom residence, re-locate town water supply, install a septic system upgrade for 4 bedrooms, construct a new retaining wall with associated site work, portions of the work lie within the buffer zone of a marsh. The applicant is represented by Richard Charon of Charon Associates, Inc.–Engineers. Plan name is “Plan of site, addition to residence & upgrade of subsurface sewage disposal prepared for Matthew C. Mitchell” dated December 28, 2022.
