Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• Public Hearing – Stormwater – Jose S. Castelo/ Park Drive & Deep Brook Drive, Map 17, Lots 66-84, Map 18, Lots 12R, 12S, 18, 18G. A Stormwater Permit Application has been filed by Jose S. Castelo for property located at Park Drive & Deep Brook Drive, Map 17, Lots 66-84, Map 18, Lots 12R, 12S, 18, 18G, Acushnet, MA. The applicant proposes to construct approximately 2,350 feet of roadway with associated drainage and utility systems to serve a 15-lot residential subdivision. The applicant is represented by Jamie Bissonnette of Zenith Consulting Engineers, LLC. Plan name is “Deep Brook Estates” dated October 24, 2017.
