Notice is hereby given under Chapter 138, Section 15A of the MA General Laws that an open Board of Selectmen’s Meeting will be held at the Acushnet Town Hall, which is located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, MA, in the meeting room on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 4:10 p.m. to approve a transfer of an Annual Restaurant All Alcoholic Liquor License from (Armand’s of Southeastern Mass, Inc. DBA Blue Point Restaurant, (David Riccardi, Manager), to (S.A.I Silva Corp. DBA Blue Point Restaurant Natasha Silva, Manager) The premises consists of five rooms, a waiting area, service bar, dining room, kitchen, and take-out area with bathrooms with no basement in a one story building. The premises is situated on the north side of Dayton Street & numbered 6 Dayton Street, Acushnet, MA 02743.
