SLOCUM STREET INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS
Town of Acushnet, MA (Owner) invites sealed Bids for Slocum Street Infrastructure Improvements for drinking water, storm drain, and streetscape improvements for Slocum Street. Substantial Completion: within 290 days. Final Completion: within 320 days. Bidding is per MGL Chapter 30 s39M. This Project is to be funded wholly or in part with monies made available through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and compliance with certain Federal provisions is required.
Request electronic Bidding Documents (no cost): 10:00 a.m. May 1, 2024 by email to MunicipalBids@ woodardcurran.com with complete contact information & subject line Acushnet MA – Slocum Street Infrastructure Improvements. Official Bidding Documents will be available once registered. Documents from third parties are not considered official Bidding Documents. A pre-Bid conference will not be held.
Receipt of Bids: 10:00 a.m. on May 23, 2024. Submit to: Board of Selectmen’s Office, 122 Main Street, Acushnet, MA 02743, Attn: James Kelley, Town Administrator with Bid security at 5% of total Bid.
