Kids don’t let the dark scare them for flashlight egg hunt

The Fairhaven Recreation Center hosted 76 children and their adults fot the 15th annual Flashlight Egg Hunt. The cold weather forced the event indoors this year, with children and parents scouring the gym floor for numbered eggs that corresponded with their registration numbers.

The event also included pictures with the Easter Bunny and and egg decorating contest with prizes.

Winners of the egg contest were:

Ages 0-4

1st Allyson Panek

2nd Max Arunsi

3rd Avery Camara

Ages 5-7

1st Reese Tilton

2nd Kaleb Braga

3rd Jayce Cabral

Ages 8-10

1st Ryan Leblanc

2nd Vincent Couto

3rd Aiden Arunsi
