The Fairhaven Sustainability Committee invites all residents to challenge themselves to use less plastic and have fun competing for prizes! Join our town team for the Plastic-Free July Eco-Challenge!
Top Scores at the end of July win prizes from local businesses including: a bottle of organic Sauvignon Blanc donated by Stevie’s Wine & Spirits, a sustainable gift pack donated by Strawberry Moon, and a $50 gift card donated by Breakwater Surf Co!
Joining is easy: go to https://plasticfree.ecochallenge.org/teams/team-fairhaven.
Once you join the team, select which actions you will take to reduce your use of single-use plastics.
There are many actions to choose from, like bringing your own bags when you shop, refusing plastic straws, using a travel mug instead of disposable cups, and many more!
As you complete each task, log in and earn points to win prizes! Please join us and share with your friends and family! When we act as a community, we can make a huge difference!
