Press Release
iStroll Southcoast’s stroller based parents’ bootcamp class offers a full body workout and a place to meet other local parents all at once. Owners and certified Group Fitness Instructors, Erin Cate and Sarah Freshman, are bringing a new type of workout to Southeastern, Mass.
Based in Dartmouth, and operating between Westport and Fairhaven, they will begin with classes Tuesday-Friday mornings in Fairhaven. iStroll is a 60 minute workout designed to challenge parents of all fitness levels. It incorporates running, body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands, and your stroller. iStroll gives both moms, dads and caregivers a full body workout while keeping babies (and older children) moving and happy.
After having their children (two each), Sarah and Erin were craving a way to connect with other parents, build their village and find a way to get a great workout while raising their children. When they found nothing that met their needs, the two women set out to build a community they felt the area lacked.
iStroll Southcoast is dedicated to transforming your relationship with fitness through challenging workouts while building lasting relationships with other parents. It’s more than a workout class. It’s a place to meet lifelong friends and develop a strong support group.
In addition to their workouts, iStroll Southcoast will be coordinating kids activities and Parents Nights Out for their community.
Your first class is always free. For class times and pricing please visit istroll.co/southcoast.
