Hundreds of people braved the rains to hunt for goodies at Livesey Park on Saturday, 4/20/19, for the annual North Fairhaven Improvement Association Egg Hunt. The time got moved to 11 a.m. (from 9 a.m.) to avoid the morning rain. The threat of returning showers (rain came back later in the afternoon) did not stop the Easter Bunny either.
Our roving photographer Glenn C. Silva was there to capture the many moments of joy the annual free event brings to so many. After the hunt was over, participants hung around for a bit to see if they won any of the many raffle prizes donated by local individuals and businesses.
